Payment Methods and Surcharges
We accept VISA, Mastercard which will incur a 2.0% credit surcharge.
We also accept American Express which will incur a 3.0% credit surcharge.
You can also pay via direct debit or money order.
You will be contacted directly if you wish to take this option.
Australia Wide Delivery
0-10kg: delivery time overnight to most city and metro areas.
11-20kg: delivery time 2-3 working days.
Goods are freighted with either Star Track Xpress Couriers, Fastway and TNT Road Xpress for larger items.
Any oversized packages or package over 20kg will be quoted accordingly before goods are dispatched. Delivery time for TNT road express delivery within Australia is 5-7 working days.
All delivery times are valid from the date of invoicing of goods.
International Delivery
All international orders will be freighted with FEDERAL EXPRESS, please allow 4-5 working days for delivery time after invoicing of goods.
Charges will be quoted before order is confirmed.
